Possibly an early version of the 1934 Veterans of Foreign Wars Medal for Lawrence, MA cast by Robbins Co. Also seen as a pendant on two occasions, one in silver with "JFC" and "LIFE PASS" another with SFAL and with top 1/4 of medal removed.
