Walking through the Breaking Barriers installation is like walking through a canyon of narrow walls with contours of courage and might. Touching the sculpture’s walls give a sort of spiritual connection to the past, and synergy for beyond.
The narrow sliver at the top of the photograph suggests a connection to the sky, that of a continuous changing element. Beyond suggests that connection. Time past, sky change. I was able to ‘catch’ a scene of the sky that depicted a gentle face looking down, yet illusive, and leave the rest to the viewers’ imagination.
